Steps To Using Our Lead Gen Collateral Services
STEP 1. CONSULTATION
An initial consultation helps determine where you are at in your business and which Business Development & Lead Generation Plans will benefit you. During this call, you will get clear on all the options available to you. *Please Note: We have Monthly Marketing Plan Memberships that include 1 Professional Collateral Item (PCIs) per month. Such plans allow agents to build and grow their own library of professionally branded collateral. It may be in your best interest to sign up for a Monthly Marketing Plan Membership and acquire 1 PCI or Lead Gen Flyer (Lead Magnet) in that way vs purchasing individually. We will discuss your options in the consultation.
STEP 2. PICK YOUR ACTION PLANS
Choose the Lead Gen Action Plan collateral items you would like branded to you and your business. If you don’t yet have a brand or logo you love – no problem, we can help you with that! In this scenario, our Brand Development service would be added to your order. If you DO already have a brand and logo you love – that’s great, we’re movin’ right along. In that case, we will brand the collateral items you choose to your existing brand.
STEP 3. REVIEW & APPROVE QUOTE
Once you’ve selected the Action Plans you’d like us to help you with, we will give you a quote for your approval. Once approved, our terms require a 50% non-refundable deposit. We will require your signature and credit card information. The balance of the contract is payable prior to the release of the final high resolution files.
STEP 4. COMPLETE QUESTIONNAIRE
You will receive a questionnaire that we require you to complete. In this form, we will gather your contact information, real estate designations, brokerage affiliation, etc. You will submit the form, along with high resolution (logo & photograph) files to be used.
STEP 5. PROOF & APPROVE COLLATERAL ITEMS
Branded collateral items will be presented within 3-5 business days after receiving your high resolution (logo & photograph) files. You will then proof the items and send any edits (missing info, for example) back to us (within 2 business days) and we will send the revised files back to you (within 2 business days).
STEP 6. FINAL PAYMENT, FILE DELIVERY & IMPLEMENTATION
When the items have been approved and final payment has been made, we will deliver the high resolution files to a cloud based folder for your retrieval. All files are high resolution and ready to be sent to your printer (or you can print on your home computer). Files are prepared in industry standard applications and delivered as PDF and PNG files that can be printed (PDF) or used digitally (PNG) online and on social media platforms.
